1、单螺杆泵严禁在泵腔无液体的情况下空运转，必须在启动前由泵进口把液体注入泵体后再启动螺杆泵，以免空转磨损螺杆泵定子。

　　2、启动单螺杆泵前还得必须先确定螺杆泵的运转方向，螺杆泵不能反转。

　　3、新安装或长时间停泵数天后的单螺杆泵，不能立即起动，也应该向泵体注入适量润滑剂或螺杆泵输送的液体，再用管子钳扳动螺杆泵几转后才可以起动。

　　4、不锈钢螺杆泵输送高粘度的液体或含有腐蚀性的介质后，应该用清水或者溶剂进行冲洗螺杆泵泵腔，莫诺转子，防止堵塞以免造成下次起动螺杆泵时困难而损坏定子。

　　5、冬天使用单螺杆泵温度偏低不使用时应该排除泵体积液，防止泵体冻裂或者泵内结冰下次起动时拉坏定子。

　　6、使用过程中轴承箱内应定期加润滑油，发现轴端有渗流时，要及时处理或调换油封。

　　7、在运行中如发生异常情况，应立即停泵检查原因，排除故障。

D、限位器D， limiting device限位器为一个底部带限位板和流通通道的短节，接在定子的尾部，其作用是施工作业时给转子限位以防止下入过头而失去作用和杆柱脱落时防止杆柱掉入井底。The limiting device is a short section with bottom limit plate and distribution channel， which is connected to the tail of the stator.
